During my years as a Plumbing professional, I have gained an intimate knowledge for the Plumbing and Mechanical industry, one that you can only get by working hands-on. I began my career as a Plumbing apprentice for my father in law after I met my wife in 1988, he took me under his wing and taught me everything there was to know about being a great plumber, he is still one of the best plumber’s I know.
My reputation precedes me for working to extremely tight deadlines, but I also have the drive and initiative to deal with unexpected problems. I am not afraid to jump in and get my hands dirty to get the job done, keeping on top of projects, and making sure all my jobs get to the finish line on time is one thing I do best. Through these experiences I developed a passion and hunger for complex, fast-paced, challenging environments.
During my career in Plumbing Project Management and Estimating I noticed there was a large void in the mechanical and plumbing construction trades. JP Estimating Services was formed to fill the growing demand for knowledgeable and experienced plumbing and mechanical estimators in the construction industry.
I have assembled a team of extremely knowledgeable and hard-working professionals that I believe carry the same skill set and experience as I have. As a Sr. Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator with over 30 years of progressive experience in commercial and residential plumbing, I have had accountability for the design-build implementation, and execution of multimillion-dollar projects. My plumbing and construction experience includes new construction and remodels, multifamily, tenant improvement projects of both occupied and unoccupied spaces, government projects, industrial, hospitality, facilities, hospitals, education and more.
